Youth Program: Includes both Tae Kwon Do and the Judo components of Jujitsu.
Kids receive a balanced fitness regimen combining cardio, resistance, flexibility, and tumbling.
The objective is increased confidence, improved fitness, and martial skills applicable to
sport and self-defense.
