Self-defence: Our program is designed for beginners and takes a practical approach to personal security. Its aim is to help create awareness of potential dangers while providing reasonable means for defence. The course covers the basics of escapes from holds and pins, striking, as well as weapons awareness and defence. Classes are two hours in duration and take place on Saturdays from 2:00-4:00 p.m. The dress is gym attire and the fee is $25 per person.
